Key Account Manager-BD Department
Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for the overall management of assigned Key OEM/ODM/IDH
accounts partnerships and the development of new account partnerships
2. Takes responsibility for increasing revenue within your customer
base
3.Manages high-level resource and technical support teams to ensure
customer needs are met
4. Be able to work with minimal direction on strategic and technical
issues for the accounts
5. Acts as a business manager responsible for establishing the
contacts, penetrating the customer organization of all levels of
management, and negotiating current and future needs of the customers
according to the company's plans and directions
6. Understands and communicates customer requirements to both the
marketing and engineering teams
7. Works directly with cross-functional teams to translate customer
requirements into market specifications for new products and services
8. Converts customer's requirements into detailed specifications for
quotation and implementation
9. Co-working with Technical Support Team, will take the leadership
with respect to new product releases, product acceptance test,
training, product literature, and reviews changes which affect your
accounts
10. Arranges meetings with customers to maintain relationships,
negotiates and closes deals, and prepares periodic sales reports
showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of expansion
11. Forecast of future sales and potential market share
12. Identifies competitor's positions and
strategies
13. Keeps abreast of new developments in the
marketplace that affect our competitive position
14. Monitors and evaluates the activities and
products of the competition.
Job Specifications:
1. Bachelor above in electronics engineering, telecommunications
engineering; Master Degree of Business Administration is desirable
2. Above 3 years experience of managing major accounts in electronics
3. Prior sales experience is highly desired
4. A good understanding of IC and software design and development
flows; in-depth knowledge in mobile communication technology
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with
Engineering and Commercial personnel at all levels
6. Good leadership and influencing skills
7. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
