Legal / IPR Manager - Legal / IPR Department

Job Descriptions:

1. Support T3G management on a strategic managerial level regarding IPR and legal issues
2. Ownership of the IPR /legal issues in T3G and in relation to partners (NXP)
3. Driven by ensuring conditions for sustainable business and revenue of the company
4. In control of legal aspects of all contracts of the company and therefore required communication, and decision processes in the company from Purchasing, subcontracting, co-development to sales
5. Setting up IPR strategy of the company together with BD and R&D department
6. Providing basic formats of contracts and license and sales agreements
7. Controlling NDAs
8. Real time insight in T3G product IP, license and royalty status, and obligations to third parties
9. Contact for IPR/Legal issues related to partners especially NXP
10. Close contact to external counselor and secretary of the BOD
11. Patent application and stimulating awareness of patent importance in the company
12. Close contact to TDIA concerning IPR issues
13. Reporting IPR status on a monthly bases
14. Member of Management Team



Job Specifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Law (Preferably with overseas education or qualification)
2. More than 5 years experience working in a multinational company or law firms (domestic or international) is preferred
3. Experienced in legal & IPR research base on industry of telecommunication is a great advantage
4. Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English is essential
5. Has the ability to interpret legal requirements and apply these to relevant business operations
6. Has the ability to effectively prioritize and manage a number of concurrent tasks
7. Attention to details and a high level of accuracy
8. Mature, self-confident, independently thinking, proactive, driven.
