T3G was incorporated in Jan. 2003 as a joint venture. T3G’s founding partners are NXP (former “Philips Semiconductors”), Datang Mobile, and Samsung Electronics, Motorola joined and became a new investor in Jan 2005.

By enjoying significant synergies of industry leaders of highly complementary expertise and capabilities, T3G is well positioned in the TD-SCDMA terminal field and will continue to take the lead in enabling and accelerating the industrialization of TD-SCDMA.
