Key Responsibilities:
o Act
as the daily based technical focal window between customers and
T3G to communicate, define and feedback technical related issues
(such as customer requirement, T3G deliverables, etc.), and
solve customers technical problem at first level.
o Build
and maintain relationships with customers' technical staff and
leverage those relationships to influence and further develop
cooperation scope
o
Coordinate
and leverage internal resources in supporting customers
requirement
o
Coordinate
and leverage internal resources in supporting customers
requirement
o
To
achieve individual target in technical support and customer
satisfaction, especially in solving customer technical problems
Job Specifications:
o
At least 2
years in mobile communication industry (handset manufacturer,
design house, chipset vendor), preferably being in similar
roles, such as design engineer, technical support engineer,
field application engineer, etc.
o
Has administration/support experience with Rational ClearCase
and Clearquest.
o
In-deepth
knowledge in mobile communication technology, interpersonal communication skill, presentation skill,
o Team player,
analytical, good listener
o
Bachelor
above majored in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications
Engineering.
