The organization of T3G has a flat character with direct communication lines between different levels and functional groups. Starting point for every employee's job is responsibility and accountability towards our product and market plan. The current management of the T3G consists of CEO coming from Philips Semiconductors and CTO from Datang Mobile with managers from the three project teams, functional staff (departments HR, F&A, IPR) and Business Development.
